You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not use it in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent, or that infringes the rights of any third party. We reserve the right to restrict access to the site at any time.
2. Ordering and sale
To place an order, submit your name and phone number via the order form. By submitting the form you are making an offer to purchase ZelaPath Elemental Caps at the displayed price. We will call you to confirm the order; a binding contract is formed only once we have confirmed by telephone and the order is dispatched. Prices are displayed in GBP and include any applicable VAT. The current price is £32.99 per 90-capsule pack. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including if a product is out of stock or if we are unable to reach you for confirmation.
3. Payment
Payment is made on delivery - by cash or card directly to the courier. No payment is taken online. You are under no obligation to pay until the parcel is physically delivered to you. You may decline the parcel at delivery, at which point the order is cancelled.

5. Cancellation and returns
You may cancel your order at any time before dispatch - contact us during the confirmation call or by email. For returns after delivery, please see our Return Policy. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to return an unopened product.
