Yes. The capsule shell is made from hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC), a vegetarian alternative to gelatin. The product contains no artificial colours, flavours, or preservatives.

Taking the supplement
Take one capsule daily, preferably during or just after a meal, with a full glass of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose of one capsule.
Simply continue as usual the following day. Do not take two capsules to make up for a missed dose.
Each pack contains 90 capsules, which is a 90-day supply at the recommended one capsule per day.

Yes - you can cancel at any time before the order is dispatched. Simply tell us during the confirmation call, or contact us by phone or email. You can also decline to accept the parcel from the courier at delivery.
